There are very many popular themed attractions around the county, to keep the whole family entertained.
The Eden Project near St Austell, Flambards theme park near Helston and a rich history of tin and copper mining (granted World Heritage status in 2006) provides hours of local interest.
There are also many museums around to explore the history of the region.
As if that wasn't enough, you could also indulge in an unforgettable performance at the unrivalled cliffside Minack Theatre at Porthcurno.
There is also the unique St Michael's Mount, near Penzance...
Or you could simply wend away your time wandering down the peaceful meandering country lanes of the area.
However, if retail therapy is more your thing, visit our traditional towns and villages, such as St Ives, Penzance, Falmouth or our capital, Truro.
Oh - and don't forget to try a proper Cornish pasty while you're in the county too!
